Nitish Kumar launches the fourth phase of Samriddhi Yatra in Bihar, focusing on development and job creation for 1 crore youths over five years.

Speaking at a public meeting in Baijani Gram Panchayat, he emphasized the progress made in establishing the Rule of Law since he took office, stating, "Our government has set a target to provide jobs and employment to 1 crore youths over the next five years."
A major highlight of his speech was the Agricultural Roadmap, initiated in 2008. Kumar noted that the structured approach has led to impressive advancements in the agricultural sector, with notable increases in the production of food grains, fruits, and fish. He stated, "Fish production has seen a two-and-a-half-fold increase, making Bihar self-reliant in this sector."
Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary and other officials were present, showcasing the collaborative effort in realizing the government's vision. Choudhary announced that Bhagalpur is set to be developed as a Smart City, with investments of approximately ₹36,000 crore aimed at enhancing infrastructure, including a Marine Drive project similar to that in Patna.
