Bitterlin reiterated that the distance between lampposts may hinder their effectiveness for extensive AI tasks, as the speed of communication could be a bottleneck. Nevertheless, he acknowledged that the iLamps could serve as critical access points similar to mobile phone masts, facilitating AI applications closer to end-users.
