Not to be outdone, President Droupadi Murmu also took to social media to send her greetings. She expressed her warm wishes particularly to the Muslim community, acknowledging the values that Eid ul-Fitr upholds.
"Heartfelt congratulations to all fellow countrymen, especially Muslim sisters and brothers, on the blessed occasion of Eid al-Fitr. This festival teaches us lessons in self-restraint, service, charity, and compassion for the deprived classes. Let us, on this occasion, resolve to strengthen our society and country," she wrote on X. Her emphasis on compassion and unity serves as a reminder of the core principles that underpin the festival.
Vice President C P Radhakrishnan joined in the celebrations, wishing the nation joy and harmony. In his message, he wrote, "Eid Mubarak! May this auspicious occasion inspire hope, harmony, and compassion, and usher in joy and success." His words highlight the optimistic spirit that Eid embodies, encouraging a collective aspiration for peace.
Several other members of the NDA government also took a moment to share their Eid wishes. - Kiren Rijiju, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, wrote, "Wishing everyone a joyous & blessed Eid-ul-Fitr! May this special day bring happiness, prosperity & new opportunities for all. Let’s celebrate the spirit of togetherness & gratitude with our loved ones.” - Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas, expressed similar sentiments, stating, "May your prayers & fasts be accepted, and may God bless us all with peace, prosperity and happiness. Let us continue to work together with compassion and unity for our great country."

Arvind Kejriwal, leader of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), also extended his well wishes. Recently acquitted in the Delhi excise policy case, he shared a message of hope: “Heartiest Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to all fellow countrymen. May this festival bring progress, harmony, and prosperity into the lives of all of you. May your life remain happy, healthy, and prosperous.”
